Anybody that tried to visit yesterday probably saw that this site - as well as our entire network, were down all day! Lo siento mucho - that was a big server problem, due to changing our server control panel - which is a bit like an operating system on your computer. What should have been a couple of hours of outage during the middle of the night turned into an entire day - ¡que desastre! For anybody with a web server who thinks migrating from Plesk to Cpanel is easy - caramba, it's anything but.
Anyway we've been bogged down with a lot of technical issue lately - but all for the greater good, as we're now on a dedicated server with a lot more ram, bandwidth, and space to grow. We've also got a very cool new download store that we're ready to begin filling with new products (agreements with several publishers are pending and we're hopeful that we'll soon have a large array of Spanish and other products in mp3, ipod, and interactive software formats!)
The new download store is much more advanced than our other one, which had trouble sending links to a variety of ISPs - most notably AOL, which seemes to reject all the mail from that system. But this sytem allows you to have an account where you can go get your download at any time, as well as to get upgrades and even freebies from time to time. Very cool.
