I've found possibly the coolest new multimedia authoring tool in ages - Adobe Captivate 2.0. This program is super muy hiper re te cool - you can make all kinds of interactive slideshows, videos, and learning exercises with it. I'm starting by using it to build my help video section (mainly geared towards the download store, but will also include other videos related to the websites). But I'm also thinking of doing a slideshow newsletter instead of just an HTML one - I would just send a text version to people via email, then they could click to get the interactive one. I'll still produce the podcast in mp3 format and for iTunes - but the interactive flash slideshow newsletter could be a great teaching tool! Hola amigos - I sure appreciate those of you that have been so active in forums lately - and wanted to post a couple of notes so that people realize I'm still here, just a bit overwhelmed w/ everything I have on my plate right now!

I have gotten quite a few lovely emails lately from well wishers who have heard a podcast, as well as people asking questions about products or how to learn Spanish, etc. I am WAY behind in answering these emails. Please don't think that because you didn't get a response that I didn't appreciate the note. I'm hoping to answer all my back email soon - and apologize for the delay, but being now over 6 months pregnant, and trying to get my web projects done has left me a bit overwhelmed.

I'll be traveling over the upcoming holiday so I'm not sure a podcast will go up before then - but shouldn't be too long.
